Buffalo County Court Docket is privately operated and is not a government office. It cannot retrieve an official file, change a court date, accept a filing, take payment, certify a copy, or answer questions about a pending case. Official Buffalo County circuit court requests should go to the court office that keeps the record.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Contact Julie Vollmer, Buffalo County Clerk of Circuit Court, for Wisconsin Circuit Court case files, proceedings, public inspection, plain or certified copies, court-date questions, and older-file availability.

The official clerk page does not publish a separate current public-counter cutoff. Buffalo County generally lists county office hours as 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, but that general notice is not a guarantee of court-record counter availability. Confirm the Clerk of Circuit Court's current hours before traveling.

Search WCCA first when possible and bring the case number. For a mailed copy request, call before sending materials to confirm the exact document description, plain or certified choice, payment, and return method. Fax acceptance should also be confirmed. No dedicated Buffalo County certified-copy web form or stable public records email was documented.

Use the separate Buffalo County Clerk for county-board, election, marriage-license, ordinance, resolution, and other county-government records. Probate, guardianship, protective-placement, adoption, and related probate administration may be routed through Register in Probate Renee Pronschinske. Neither office should be treated as a substitute for legal advice.
